First post, please let me know if I'm in the wrong place. 

I've a 1.6 td 2005 c-max I'm recently having trouble with. 

 

Just rolled over 125k miles, and the last service was at 120k. It had a new turbo fitted by the previous owner. 

 

It's really sluggish, taking forever to get up to speed. Like the turbo's not doing anything. 

The fuel economy is also down in the low 30's, which is no good at all. 

 

I've and listened and had a quick feel around under the bonnet and there's no leaks in the turbo pipes. 

 

And pointers or ideas would be great, we've got a baby on the way and we're having to move house in a fortnight, so to get this ticked off the list would be great. 

Sorry to have to tell you this but my previous 1.6 tdi C-max had exactly the same problem as you describe at 135,000 miles. No one could work out why and I finished up getting rid of it. I would be interested in how you get on. Apologies for not being very helpful.
