Hi. I hope this is the correct forum. I've just bought a Ford S Max Titanium 11 plate. I have an iPhone 7 which pairs fine, but when I make or receive calls, there is no audio. Phone is connecting but just can't hear anything. Also, when I press the voice control button, it activates and says "please speak" on the dash but no tones are heard and it doesn't appear to do anything. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Could it be a speaker problem or more likely to be a radio or module fault? Many Thanks in anticipation. 

If anyone knows a good reputable repairer in or around Lincoln, that would be great
