New electric wing mirror

Hi,

I have just purchased a replacement drivers side electric wing mirror for my b max.

I have fitted it to my car and the adjustment of the mirror is working okay.

However, I have the city pack where the mirrors fold in upon locking the car, and following fitting the mirror, neither the new or the passenger side mirror is folding in.

Is there a software update required or something else?

    Have you tried cycling the manual fold function on the mirror switch?

    Thanks, when i press the down button on the driver side door, which normally folds in both mirrors, it does fold in the passenger side, but not the driver side.
