2015 ST-3 standard exhaust note

Featured Replies

I have owned my 2015 ST for about 3 months but a few times when it has either been really cold out side or Raining, when the engine and exhaust are really hot and been in city traffic there is a noticeable difference in exhaust tone, the note gets deeper and sportier, i understand there is a sound symposer in these cars but only when it's cold or Raining heavy?

Do these cars have active exhausts?

I have never had this before in any other car i have owned

Not complaining, infact i would love to have the deeper note all of the time.

Thanks

Good shout alexp999 , my only concern for that is I'd want to keep the standard exhaust tip which would mean hacking and welding lol
