Daytime Driving Lights on Drivers side not working

Featured Replies

We've got a 2013 Ford Fiesta Ecoboost five door.

Noticed today that the front  drivers side daytime running lights aren't coming on.

The passenger side ones come on fine.

They drivers side lights have been working fine up until now.

According to the owners manual the daytime running lights aren't owner serviceable and can only be fixed by a dealer.

Does anyone know what the fault is likely to be and what would need done done in order to fix the lights?

Thanks in advance.

I was also wondering if its possible to disable the daytime running lights? If it was to be really expensive to fix the daytime lights that have failed it might be cheaper/easier to simply disable the working lights on the passenger side.
