Protect my nice new (well 2007) car from dogs!

Featured Replies

Hi All

Managed to get myself a nice little Focus Zetec estate yesterday. Loving it so far but now I have to protect it from the wife's dogs! I am going to get a boot cover which will protect the boot floor and the sides but they are prone to getting excited and what I don't want to happen is for them to scratch the trim on the inside of the boot door.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to protect it? Are there are trim covers for the door interior?

Thanks
Craig

Hi Craig, I came across your post while searching for something else. Without other suggestions maybe crates is an idea you could investigate? If you use a crate for the dogs indoors it should be an easy transition. The police, search and rescue, security etc, all use cages within the rear of the car to contain and control the dog(s)

Good luck
