    Hi,try the flat aero blades,fitted them on the front but not on the rear as yet and are definitely an upgrade

    What length is the arm and blade on a mk1?

    I replaced the wiper for a 206 wiper when I had a mk1

    Wiper arm = 11.5 in

    Wiper arm and blade = 18.5 in

    Hi

    from the centre of the spindle to the tip of the blade it's 480mn but the arm does have a slight crank to it as you will see on the link hope this helps

    don't think it really matters, just pop to Halfords and ask them if you can try a couple out.  I cant remember whats on my Mk2.5 but I added an oversized blade to the rear to clear an extra 1.5inchs at the top of the window for my rear dashcam, halfords were more than happy to let me try, I think I used the excuse that someone had put a different arm on so its not the same as what is on their system

    .  the only problem is remember what it was I got before, I should just write it down I suppose but that would be to simple.

    The MK2/MK2.5 hatchback wiper arm and wiper blade are a direct fit to the MK1/MK1.5 hatchback.

    I did this mod over 10 Years ago wihtout any problems.

    No MK2 wiper arms will not fit on a MK1, the spindles on the linkage is a different size and pitch.

    Found out the hard way.

    MK2 rear wiper arms are a direct fit to a MK1. I did this modification many times back in the days without any problems.

    Late MK2.5 rear wiper arms however are different and will not fit.
