How do I reset Bluetooth® with Voice Control?

I recently bought a 2013 ford ranger (3.2 limited). I have been trying to connect my phone to the bluetooth however every time I try this it states that there are already the maximum number of phones connected and please debond a device.

    When I try to debond a device there are none in the list, this is confirmed when I try and access phone via voice control. How can I reset this? Thanks
