Engine Oil change due

Hi all

My 2013 Focus got serviced in January and has only done 900 miles since. I have just had the engine oil service due warning illuminate. I have tried the reset procedure but it has not cleared the warning, it comes back on straight away. Has anyone else has this kind of problem? I took it back to the service centre (main Ford dealer) and they want me to book it in for diagnostics (minimum £100).

    i take it you have closed the doors and put foot on brake and clutch and wait for it to reset the light ?
