Mk3 indicator lens

Featured Replies

Evening all does anyone know where I can get tinted indicator lens from for my mk3 st?

Cheers

Which ones?
Front, back or mirror?

You could try either a can of tint spray or fly eye film

if you want to tint the indicators in the door mirror I used a tint spray also used it on rear lights but yours are not clear like mine are so don't know how it will look

I've seen people use the fly eye on headlights it's supposed to be mot legal but never tried it out

The ones in the mirror, I've tried using spray before but failed lol

Did you remove the lense first and do it on a bench

The mirror lenses are the same as on the facelift mk2 Focus.
I got a tinted pair off ebay.

Yh I tired on my fiesta and failed, and Stoney do you have a link for a set?

Sorry, no link as I can't find them listed on ebay anymore.

They were purchased last year so no usable info on my orders history either.

By the looks of mine they were split open and tinted on the inside.

They are a bit prone to popping out of position as soon as the mirror covers are removed so I'd assume they were flexed a bit when resealing.

No worries I'll keep searching thanks any way widens my clear hair criteria

You could always get a spare set of clear lenses then try spraying them with tint spray?
