Creaking noise when steering after hitting curb on Fiesta Zetec S mk7

Hi

Cut a long story short, got cut off on a roundabout by a car in the wrong lane and hit the curb. Took a big chunk out of my alloy, bent the wishbone, cracked the ball joint and bent the hub. I've recently just had them all replaced but there is still a creaking noise when steering in both directions

Does anybody have an idea what it could be please.

    Did they check the suspension?

    A damaged spring and/or top mount bearing can make nasty groans and creaks.
