Like turbo not working

Hi all,I'm begging for some help here 🙏,I've got a c max 2.0l tdci 2003,for some reason the car is like the turbo isn't working at all,I've had a look at the egr valve seems ok(couldn't remove as some one has put an Allan nut on the uphill facing bolt and can't get it out at all 😡,cleaned the 2 sensors on the intake pipe no joy still,had a look at the vacume  pipes all seem on ok and in good condition no splits,so that's as far as I've got.oh no faults showing on Snapon reader.

i will be so so greatful for any advice I really would as we're meant to be going on holiday in a couple of weeks so kids worried we won't be able to go and you know your self they know when your stuck.
