Hi all my driver's side windows won't go down I thought it was due to the slight frost yesterday morning but on the way to work tonight it still wouldn't go down it moves slightly down then goes back up, you can hear the motor going.Any ideas?

She groaned alot but wouldn't go down neither 😁

replacement was the only option there, 

And it seems guide rail replacement is your only option too, it's a scissor frame with a tooth section; the motor rolls the tooth section which pushes or pulls the window depending on up or down.

if The motor groaning then there's a problem with the guide rail, 

Lol typical get into he car on the way home from work and it's working fine again held the button down for a few seconds and finally moved

See I'd have been arrested for that but with the car; it's ok
