1.5 Titanium x diesel problem 2011

Featured Replies

PROBLEM 1f641.png Any ideas ? on driving home today, I went to pull away from a junction, & the car went all slow & I got a message saying engine malfunction, service immediately, also I have the Engine management light on & the stability control indicator light on. I've taken it to my local garage who had a quick look with their plug in tester & it says fault on cylinder No3 .I've had to leave it with them as they were busy. It's a 1.5 diesel only done 29000 miles. Up until this moment it was running fine 1f641.png Has anyone had a similar problem ? Any advice greatly appreciated Cheers Dan.

Yes & the stability control indicator light stayed on too :-(

29k is less than 5k a year for a 6yr old car, that's really low for a diesel.

How was servicing history and how many miles when you got it? DV6 is sensitive to not being looked after.
