SYNC 3 - Album art missing - bad update?

Featured Replies

Has anyone completely lost all album art overnight?  It was there for me yesterday.  Now I just have an empty space whether I choose Media or Gracenote priority.

On the sync2 you have the option to rebuild the media library, maybe the same is available on sync3?
Failing that try the MP3Tag software (free on the internet) to recheck the media data and confirm that the album art is correctly applied.
I never use Gracenote as it just muddles everything up and never shows album art properly.

On my Sync 2 it seems to come and go?

The missing artwork appeared the following day.  Another unexplained blip.

Ref gracenote - sync 3 currently has a bug which means it completely ignores embedded artwork.
