Flippin' Focus.. part numbers / help needed

Looking for some help with my MKII Focus.

2006 - 1.6 Vct 115hp engine  100k miles.. 

its in less than good nick at the minute, but I've more or less had the car for free so I'm happy to spend a bit of cash on it.

its got a horrible rattle on start and sounds like a diesel, also going uphill
( I live in Wales where the 'hills' are better described as mountains )  
on a mile long 12% gradient hill, it struggles big time. 3rd gear = power almost gone. finally it has a fault code and EML is on: p000a a camshaft position slow response bank 1

all signs point to vct unit problems so I've decided to just replace as many components as I can while its in the garage.
I've read people have replaced sensors and solenoids for the EML to come straight back on with the same symptoms so...
I intend to replace:

Camshaft sprockets 
solenoids
sensors
Timing belt/tensioner/water pump 
etc

I seem to have found part numbers for the sprockets ( thanks to another thread on the forum ) but as for the solenoids and sensors im coming up against a brick wall.

if anyone could advise where to find the parts & numbers it would be much appreciated.

quite a bit of work to be done elsewhere but most important is the engine issues.. so I'll be around quite a lot in the coming weeks.
