Fitting cruise control

hi all, does anyone know how to fit cruise control to a ford focus mk2 (1.6 zetec, climate, 2005).

However the start of this thread pre-dates ELMConfig, and you have to read quite a lot of pages to get to the parts where the electronic activation happens.

A decent guide to using ELMConfig to activate it is here:

If it comes to the updating of the pcm part, read the instructions, and the computer screen carefully. If this goes wrong during the writing of the pcm data, it could have expensive results. Lots of people have done this ok though.
