Mk2.5 DRL Options?

Featured Replies

I'd like to fit some DRLs to my 2009 estate. On my old Land Rover I fitted brake light bulbs into the sidelights (they're the same size) with the 5w filament as the sidelight and the 21w as a DRL. Not sure this approach would work on a focus headlamp though.

So the options I can see are to fit halfords' specials into the bumper or lower grill, try to add some LED strips into the headlamps, or do something in the front fog position. Don't think it's legal to just wire the fogs up as running lights.

Anyone found a decent-looking solution?

Hello I have a set of DRL on my focus and I am very pleased with them I got them from a company called thespeedline.com you may have to pay important tax as I did but they are still worth it.

there is a guide by a member called pree that's where I got the idea from
