Gear linkage came off the selector on the gearbox on my way into work tonight, been Dodgy for a while, fitter in work has cable tied it to the selector as a temporary fix.

Does anybody know the part no for this linkage or can I get away with just replacing the round white end bit ?

Car is a 2010 Focus 1.8 petrol with IB5 box, thanks lads 👍

    The round white end link is not available as a seperate spare part. This is part of the cable assembly. When the end link is defective the complete cable assembly needs to be changed.

    These photos are not my cables, but photos of very very similar looking one's I've seen on eBay, these are for the 1.6 petrol but imagine they are the same, as they run the same gearbox, really looking for a Ford part number so I can Google

    Firstline no FKG 1109

    Can't find any part number associated with a 1.8 petrol, all the above are for a 1.6 petrol. I know the 1.6 petrol uses the same gearbox IB5, so must be the same cables? What do you guys think.

    Should be the same part I can't see ford using lots of different linkages for each model varietys
