Hi, I'm a new Ford owner, I recently bought a 08 Focus titanium 1.6 tdci and although I love it I'm having problems, 1 injector was blowing, I suspect it had been left a while as carbon had built up, so I carefully cleaned it all up and replaced all the seals on the 4 injectors, I have the engine management light on for the EGR valve which I'll be cleaning tomorrow, but took car out today all was fine on outward journey but when I was coming home I loss power, 2 separate times, both whilst going up hill? I've quarter a tank of diesel, so I put it on my Delphi reader and it came up with the following codes :

P2458, P2585, U0118, P1603, P1622, P2584, P2142, P0488, P0487, P0183!

most seem to be relating to fuel and/or additives? Do I have an additive tank? If so where? Could it just be crap running through the system? Please help I'm at a loss
