Hi guys,

I've been having the problem with Spotify skipping tracks in my 61 plate fiesta edge. I've tried to update the firmware following this guide https://digiex.net/threads/ford-audio-bluetooth-usb-firmware-update-november-2012-release-how-to-update.14009/

I turn the radio on without turning the car on, plug the USB stick in and get the message about there being no files...but then when I turn the key to position two to turn the ignition on nothing happens, no message about the update in progress etc. It's definitely FAT32.

ive done this successfully in my old 11 plate fiesta zetec.

any suggestions? Cheers!
