Hi everyone, my first post here.

Noticed now that there is a WAY better Sync 3 out with Apple Play etc. 
My Sync 2 MyTouch has been terrible since getting my 2015 Focus back in September with it constantly crashing and now the touchscreen not working.
I decided to take it into Ford as its still under warranty, to then find its a faulty unit BUT its void under warranty because there is a minor scratch at the top of the screen (bullshit I know).

Seeing as I have no alternative other than to pay £500 for a new unit, I was wondering if they could install a Sync3 instead of Sync2..... anybody know if its possible?
