2009 Ford focus 1.8 zetec-s noise on cold start

For last 3 weeks ive had a what can be described as a ticking noise on cold start sounds like bearing wear consistant with the belts rotating, i have had both aux belts replaced new water pump and idler pully put on the car oil change and filter also put a can of hydrolic lifter treatment in to rule out sticky lifter but noise still remains but only last for 2 to 3 mins after a cold start then disapears and engine sould smooth...  just wondering if anybody out there has experienced similar noise and has any pointers as to what is could be
