H15 Main/DLR bulbs

Featured Replies

I have just tried to replace the pitiful Main beam bulbs with Limastar Powervision Halogens and although I can get the original bulbs out, and back in, I cannot get these replacements to rotate into a locked position.  Has anyone else had any issues with this? What have other used successfully?

It's much easier to remove the whole headlight assembly, it's only 2 bolts and a plastic screw and a wiring plug.

Then you can see what your doing and don't end up cutting yourself on all the sharp 'EDGE's". etc!

Be interested to see if these work :)

As I can easily get the old ones out and back in, without maiming myself and without dismantling the car, I don't see why I should have to dismantle the car to accommodate a manufacturer who makes their bulbs to a different physical tolerance.  Afraid you will need to buy them yourself if you want to see if they work as these ones are being returned for a refund.
