Hey..

my sport ka has decided to go a bit temperamental..

i was driving with the heater full blast (cos its currently -3) and then it just decided to stop.. so i turned the engine off, back on, and it worked for a minute, then went back off...

BUT my car has only just had his MOT...

Ive rang up my warranty cos it runs out on the 11th Jan 2010..

and they said i need to go 2 a garage, let them strip it down & IF its electrical then im under warranty and they'l pay, if not, ive got to pay for everything there and then... WHICH IS STUPID!

so, before i do that, i was wondering if anybody has an idea of what might be wrong?

Could be the Heater Valve same as on Fiestas on the Bulkhead

Very common problem.

when you said it stopped was it the blower motor or the heat that stopped ?

it was the blower motor that stopped

have you checked the fuse and relay, it could also be a problem with the resister pack but these usually pack up on the lower speeds and not the high.
