Do you mean that a pipe is leaking at one of the brackets that hold it in place?

If it is that, it is a known problem. It is caused by water getting trapped under the clip and rusting through the pipe.

If that is the problem, the pipe can be replaced. I am not sure if new replacements are still available.

Yes it's leaking at a mounting bracket forward of the radiator. It looks like it could be brased or soldered or easily replaced if a new part could be found. It's only a 12inch U shape no cooling fins or anything.

That's the power steering oil cooler.  I don't think you'll find a new genuine one now.  So the choices are to repair this one, try and find a used part or slightly modify a universal cooler to fit.

For now, you could just bypass the cooler altogether by connecting the flexible hose across from the inlet to the outlet pipe.  You might find it works perfectly well like that.  If not, you could attempt to repair the cooler using chemical metal or brazing while it's off the car and empty.
