elrasho
Hello. Recently my LG G4 and other phones wont connect to my cars bluetooth. It successfully matches the PIN number but when I go to pair the LCD display says "waiting for phone authorisation" and wont move from there. Eventually it says failed to connect. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

alexp999
Master reset usually refers to the sync procedure. How new is the phone you're trying to connect? Disconnecting the battery often helps. Otherwise try disconnecting the module in the footwell and reconnecting it.
Stoney871
Maybe it's a connection fault with the phone?
elrasho
SYNC wont connect to any phone though. If I disconnect the battery, how long do I leave it disconnected for?
elrasho
Since replacing the battery in my key fob the bluetooth has started working again.
