Boost not consistent, more on/off

I have a 1.6tdci fiesta mk6 2006 and if I floor it my boost its jumpy on/off.

some times worse some times better. 

No codes or Lights.

Currently have egr and maf delete and stage 2 remap.

 

Any help would be great

    Just had a thought.
    I did clutch last week and left boost valve unplugged by mistake. Test drove and no boost obviously. Plugged back in and fine.
    Point is even unplugged I had no light on dash?
