Never had them myself but saw quite a few Fiestas with them fitted at Ford Fair.
They look really good when fitted.

I don't suppose you know what size the fog lights are on the zetec s1600 The rings come in 60 and 70 mm just don't know which will fit

Also are they Road legal? Can I drive round with them blue? Or is there a chance I would get stopped?

No, they would not be legal if you had them illuminated blue, or any other colour apart from white and some shades of yellow. Would you get pulled over for them? That would be anyone's guess, it would depend on who saw them, how you were driving, what car they are on etc
