c-max 2.0 tdci problems with fault codes

hi everyone, yesterday i bought a 2003 2.0 tdci 136bhp c-max privately but it has some faults.

the car should be around 136bhp but its underpowered and there is black smoke at times when accellerating 

these are the fault codes i have

p0380 - glow plug / heater circuit a

p2682 - engine coolant bypass control circuit low

p0299turbocharger underboost.

can anyone help with these ? i dont have the money to take it to a garage so i need to fix it myself.
