Hello

        I have been think about an upgrade of my callipers, but I think it'll be too much money, so can any one recommend a good set of discs and pads for my 2012 focus zetec s 1.6 ecoboost?

    Hi Andrew     I have the titanium x 1.6 ecoboost and I replaced the standard pads with EBC Green stuff pads they develop less dust and stop you quicker. I think there great.

     Probably the cheapest way Standard OEM discs with either green or yellow stuff probably green would be best  remarkably a lot better stopping.  if your OEM discs are good just change out the pads etc cheapest way.You could do bigger callipers and disc etc but then it get expensive .

    I've had EBC yellowstuff pads on my Focus for about 18 months with no problems, they stop decently when cold and have the capacity to try to put your head through the windscreen when hot :biggrin: unlike most pads they work better as they got hotter and really can take some hammer without fading.
