ST springs on a 1.0 Ecoboost

Featured Replies

Hi, has anyone fitted ST OEM springs to a 1.0 Ecoboost? Seems like an economical upgrade, without lowering the car too much.  Thanks.

in was told it wouldn't do much and could make it higher, someone may correct me, as the ST is a 1.6L it is heavyer than the 1.0L so may not compress the springs as much. best bet is to just go with eibach or H&R springs

As said above, the lighter engine (and gearbox) will mean it sits higher at the front.

Yet H&R and other manufacturers only make a single model spring? Eibach do seperate ST/diesel and other Fiesta models, but most others say their springs fit both ST and others.
