Hi, I have come across an issue on my 2010 Fiesta Zetec S, my Bluetooth wont connect to my phone, it has been fine for 4 years but now suddenly it won’t connect, every time I try connecting it comes up “phone activation failed”. It also won’t debond my phone on screen, every time I try it comes up with the option to debond but the phone still appears on the screen after selecting yes. Anybody any ideas how to fix this issue

    Engine off, pull the fuse for the radio/Bluetooth out, wait a couple of seconds, put it back in, engine on, wait about a minute for it to re-initialise itself. It should then allow you to re-add it without a problem.
