Advice on cracked hose.

Hi, car went bang and then I found this split in a hose.

What is the hose called? Is it serious? How much and how difficult to replace

1.8 petrol, mk2.5

The hose from the airbox to the throttle body.. 

Easy to replace it is just held on by jubilee clips either end and just pulls off once they are loosened.

I changed mine few MTH back think it was about £15 off eBay..
