1.0l ecoboost Fiesta "hidden" exhaust options

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I've had my red edition 1.0l ecoboost a couple of weeks now, and I'm rather enjoying it. I'm missing the noise, however. The 3 cylinder sounds great, I love the growl and thrum of it, but I'd like a bit more volume.

Every aftermarket exhaust I've seen seems to be "on show" however - the standard system is tucked away behind the bumper, and I'd prefer to keep it like that, I don't want a fake ST! I really hate the way these aftermarket exhausts hang down below the rear bumper! Are there any off the shelf options? Or is there a centre section (would that be classed as turbo back?) change I could make, while keeping the original back box? (Assuming the standard centre section has a big old silencer in it). Or am I looking at a fabrication job..

Cheers all!
