Missing Part

I broke down last week and required a tow to the garage. Issue has since been sorted & I'm back on the road however I notice a small panel under the light on the driver side is now missing. I presume it was removed when being towed. It's only the upper section as highlighted in the screenshot attached.

Can anyone advise the name of this part/cover and where a replacement could be sourced?

    are you sure it was not put in the boot or footwell or somewhere.  Don't really know the name, it might be a 'bumper insert'

    Yeah, I double checked but no sight of it anywhere. Thanks for the response
