If some one could help me out 

I have the old head unit radio with out an video function or bluetooth ECT but If i would buy a new head unit with all bluetooth ECT with the new screen and other bits completely change it would it work in my car

    What's ECT, and what headunit with Bluetooth? The OEM (Ford) ones all have Bluetooth in an extra unit (ECU).
