juddering after 2000 rpm

hello I am new on here??? I have a ford focus estate 2009 1.8 tdci and when I put my foot down some times it gets to just over 2000rpm then seems to judder but other times its fine I am not very good with cars so any help I would be gratefull 



when was the fuel filter last changed?

Does it judder through the clutch pedal too when changing gear

Had the same problem on my 1.8 tdci 2009 , 2 of the injectors where knackered
