FOCUS MK3 Making Weird noise when accelerating

hi guys

have a problem with my focus ( 2012 , 2.0 diesel )
when i move and accelerate (as expample when light change green) car making BOOM BOOM BOOOM BOOM 

any idea what can be ?

my mechanic told me its normal for car to do this when you press gas to hard , but I think it must be something wrong with car.

its automatic gearbox powershift 6 gear.

 

any help welcome !
