I have a ford fiesta with a 4500 RDS E.O.N i have tryed to enter my code but it wont let me enter the first number of the code it will take the 234 numbers but not the first.Nothing comes up when i press the first digit no number just keeps flashing.

    The code is not direct entry.
    Each button scrolls the code.
    Example - 4321 would be button 1 press 4 times, button 2 press 3 times, button 3 press twice and button 4 press once.
    Once done then press button 5 to submit the code.

    Yes i know that is the way to enter the code but when i press button 1 nothing appears on the screen if i press number 2 button the right amount of times the correct code number comes up and the same with 3 and 4 its just number 1 button not entering the code number.
