Eatc codes/hot air problem?? Please help!!

Hi I have bought a 58plate mondeo and it isn’t giving me hot air into the front of the car. It isn’t blowing through the window or leg vents either so I have done an eatc fault code check and on my radio the codes flashing up are 
90 81
90 82
90 83
90 87

Can someone please help me??? I’ve had it into a garage where they changed the water pump and thermal housing unit hoping that would solve the problem of the hot air getting through to me in the front of the car but it’s not helped at all?!?! Please help!!
