Heating on 2010/11 KA Cold

Hi 

The heating on my 2010/11 KA is coming through cold. If I put the power up to High after a few seconds the airflow changes and hot air comes out but it sounds like it’s being restricted somewhere. 

 

I read that that the older KA has a heater control valve that fails, any suggestions on what to check on the newer model? 

 

Ford dealer has quoted £900
