FoggyF Posted February 5, 2018 Share Posted February 5, 2018 Picked up 2010 Ford KA for daughter and heater often just blows cold only. I have noticed that when you crank the fan speed up to max there is a "pop" noise from under the dash and it seems that a sticking plastic flap/valve opens and hot air enters the cabin. Cranking the fan to full speed is required sometimes two of three times before this valve opens and is not ideal when you need to clear the windscreen first thing.
