Hi. Feel free to tell me if I’m in the wrong place. 

Firstly I’ve just upgraded my car, From a 2012 Tit to a 2015. Happy with it apart from the sat nav which is older than King Harold’s boots. 

So how would I go about updating/upgrading without getting my pants pulled down by a Ford dealer. I’ve found out the nav’s database is F3 but other than that I’ve hit a brick wall. I know where the SD card is. 

Many help, pointers or links to guides is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks. I’ve managed to update the sync system and Spoken to the dealer who will look into update the sat nav for me.
