Just clicking when turning over with key. Recovered to garage, new starter motor and relay fitted and connectors cleaned up. OK for a few days but now have the same problem.Took 10 plus turns of the key to start up. Very frustrating, back to garage again tomorrow. Has anybody on here experienced the same problem and how did you solve. This is my daughter's KA, 2014 model.

    I assume they checked the battery an alternator when you were there? That would be my starting point

    Yes they did and the garage don't want to take it back because they think it is a complex electrics issue related to the fuse board, so it is going to Ford main dealer end of this week. I will be seeking a refund for some of the work that the original garage did. So frustrating and likely to be an expensive job.

    I don't blame them. The new KA is basically a Fiat 500, an awful car to work on. A simple job such as changing a wishbone requires the front end of the car pretty much to be removed!
