Sat Nav not Resetting?

I recently bought a 2010 Focus with the built in Sat Nav unit. However the starting point seems to be putting me 100s of miles out of my location. I tried to reset it but it doesn't work. Must I do a calibration?

    That sounds like a broken GPS Antenna. Calibration is done only to learn new wheel diameters.
