Front and rear speakers stopped working

My front and rear Speakers have stoooed working. The one on top of the dash board still works. I have 2014 focus titanium x. The screen for the sat nav etc went white the other day but that went back to normal the next morning so not sure if the two are connected. Can anyone help me diagnose what the fault before I have to take it in. Thanks
