Hello, the cigarette lighter in my car works perfectly so I'm sure it's not the fuse, but I keep finding any devices I plug in are inconsistent. My satnav disconnects randomly unless I twist the connections and recently an fm transmitter will not connect unless I spend 5 minutes twisting it. ( even then it sometimes won't work)

Any advice would be great as I do not know whether it's worth replacing or not?!
