Drivers Door... Another little niggle..

I have posted a few little niggles on here for advice and I appreciate all the help, and this is the latest one, the drivers side door has an annoying creak when you open the door to almost full makes the car sound old, cannot decide if it's the door hinges or the arm that stops the door opening too far, tried greasing both of them and it's still happening, just wondered if this was a common issue and if anyone had any ideas on a fix?

Sounds like an hinge alignment problem, you could try slackening off an hinge and see what happens or it could be a seized hinge pin, if it's seized diesel is a good penatrater as is parrafin.

Mine was doing this, on the driver's and both rear doors. Spray silicone (not spray grease, BTW) on the hinges and restraint bar shut it up immediately.

ETA: Pic. This sort of thing.

Well still creaking away after trying some, will have to dig out the socket set and see what's what!
