Hello everyone, I bought a Ford Transit Courier Van in January 26 and I'm already having trouble with the DPF. the vehicle has 90,000km. I have no DTC anomaly and yet the DPF regenerates every 80 to 100km. I realized this because the fan was spinning often so I looked at the parameters in Forscan. Since then I've been looking for where the problem comes from and I can't find it. I have the DPF_soot % parameter which rises to 100% in 100km. I checked the egr valve and it is not clogged. Just curious - what's the millage on your 1.6 tdci's ? Reason I ask is because yesterday I spoke with a tuning company regarding having the egr mapped from the engine and he asked what the millage was, I responded 122000 and his response was at that millage your injectors are nearly ***** mate Thanks

Hi, I've just got hold of my new (to me) Focus (24 plate, Mk4.5) and enjoying the car so far and all the new bells and whistles this one has. One thing I can't work out so far though is why the last setting for the heated seats and steering wheel remain after I've turned the car off. I thought it would reset and default back to off the next time I start the car. Is there a setting which I need to look for in order to do enable this? I find it annoying getting in the car the next time and having

I’m the owner of a 2020 Kuga st. line all the spot welds around the door strap have failed, Ford are saying it’s out of warranty however in America the same car marketed there as the escape is being recalled for the same issues across the us has anyone else got this problem ???

Im chasing an issue i fear i may not find the end of. The aerial on my 2009 smax is in the NSR quarter window with an isolator unit just above bolted to the chassis. from here it has 12v feed and DAB fakra out plug. initially i installed LED taillights which caused massive interference with the DAB signal. so i got a new dab roof aerial, connected that yesterday but it's rubbish and maybe even worse.
